Using 73X

These terms apply to the 737 for all (73X) website, the 73X Launcher, the 73X Beta Center and the aircraft and liveries you download through them. By using them, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The aircraft and liveries

The 73X and the liveries in the launcher are free. You may install and fly them in your own copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator for personal, non-commercial use, and you may record and stream your flights.

  • Do not sell the files, put them behind a paywall or advertising, or upload them to other sites or file collections without asking us first. Send people to the launcher instead.
  • Do not take the aircraft apart to reuse its model, textures, sounds or code in other products unless a licence in the package says you may.
  • The aircraft needs Microsoft Flight Simulator. We are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by The Boeing Company, Microsoft or Asobo Studio. Boeing, 737 and the names of other companies are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what the simulation represents.

No warranty, and not for real flying

The software is provided as it is, without promises that it works, is error-free or will be updated. Use it at your own risk: we are not responsible for lost progress, a crashed simulator, a damaged installation or any other loss, as far as the law allows.

73X is for entertainment and simulation only. It is not a training device and must never be used for real-world navigation, flight planning or operations.

Accounts

You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Use a username that is not offensive or misleading, and not one that pretends to be 73X staff. Give a real email address that you can read, because that is where keys, support answers and creator decisions go. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

The V10 beta

The beta is invite-only and unfinished: it can contain bugs, change, break between versions or be stopped. The aircraft checks a licence through the Beta Center. This is not meant as DRM or copy protection; it only exists to make sure that beta testers are the ones using the aircraft. The check is easy to get around, so it relies on the honour system: please do not try to get around it. An activation key unlocks one account. Do not share, sell or post the beta files or your keys.

Automatic updates of the Beta Center

The Beta Center updates itself. When it starts it checks our server for a newer version and, if there is one, downloads it, verifies the checksum and our digital signature, replaces its own program file with the new version and restarts. Some updates are optional and the app asks first; others are required (for example for security or because the server changed) and install without asking. Updates may fix, change or remove features, and a new version can behave differently from the old one. We only update the Beta Center program itself, never the rest of your computer or your simulator files, apart from the aircraft and liveries you choose to install or update. If you do not want automatic updates, close the Beta Center and uninstall it by deleting its files; the aircraft will then no longer pass its licence check.

The Discord role

"Get Beta" connects your Discord account to your beta account so we can give you the Beta Tester role in our Discord server. The role is a courtesy: we may remove it, and it does not give you any rights. The rules of our server apply there, and Discord terms apply to your Discord account.

Bug reports and feedback

When you send a bug report, a support message or a suggestion, you let us use it to fix and improve 73X, without any payment or credit owed to you. Do not include passwords or private information in reports and screenshots.

Livery creators

Livery creator access is given by invitation and can be withdrawn. By posting a livery you agree to the following.

  • It is yours to share. You made it or have permission to share every part of it (textures, templates, logos, sounds). You are responsible for third-party trademarks and artwork in it. Liveries that imitate real airlines are fan-made and must be shared free of charge.
  • You keep your rights. You grant the 73X team a free, worldwide licence to host, copy, check and distribute your livery (with your creator name and picture) through the launcher and website, to compress or repack it for installation, and to keep distributing copies people already installed. You can end this for new downloads at any time by removing the livery.
  • Safe content only. A livery contains textures and settings. No programs, scripts, malware, or anything that changes other parts of a person's simulator or computer. Zips with such files are refused, and an attempt may lead to removal of your access.
  • Every livery is reviewed. A team member looks at each new livery and update before it goes live and may reject it or remove it later, for example for a rights complaint, a technical problem or content that is hateful, sexual, illegal or misleading. We try to say why.
  • Free of charge. Liveries in the launcher are free for everyone, and neither of us owes the other a payment. Do not add links to paid products or advertising inside them.
  • Your name and numbers. Your username is shown as the creator name. You can see download numbers for your own liveries; they are counts, not information about people.
  • Complaints. If you believe a livery infringes your rights, contact us and we will look at it promptly and may remove it while we do.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or probe the site or its apps, try to reach other people's accounts, send spam through the forms, or use the service for anything illegal. Do not upload or send malware.

Ending things

You can stop using 73X and delete your account at any time. We can change, pause or end any part of the project, including the beta, the launcher or the creator dashboard, and may remove content or accounts that break these terms. What this page says about liability and ownership continues after that.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be on this page with a new date (last changed: 28 October 2026). If you keep using 73X after a change, you accept the new terms; for major changes we will tell account holders by email where we can.
